A captivating destination located in the Umaria district of Madhya Pradesh, Bandhavgarh National Park seamlessly blends nature and wildlife conservation, making it a favorite for nature and wildlife lovers.

This protected reserve boasts lush jungles that harmoniously coexist with ancient relics, most notably the historic Bandhavgarh Fort, which sits atop a hill in the center of the National Park.

Famous for its rich flora and fauna, Bandhavgarh harbors a healthy population of Bengal tigers, leopards, and deer, alongside a vibrant avian population. The landscape, featuring dense sal and bamboo forests interspersed with open grasslands and water bodies, offers spectacular wildlife sightings.

While the setting is mesmerizing, the real draw is Bandhavgarh’s thriving tiger population—its true claim to fame. Visitors from around the world come to watch these majestic cats in their natural environment, a shining example of successful conservation.

The hot, dry weather offers the surest tiger sightings as the striped cats roam around looking for water, creating superb opportunities for wildlife enthusiasts. The tigers in Bandhavgarh are relatively comfortable with safari vehicles, unperturbed as photographers and visitors capture them on camera!” explains Harsha.

Itinerary

The tour begins on Day 1 at 1:00 PM and ends on Day 5 at 11:00 AM.

Day 1: Arrival

• Arrive at Bandhavgarh by lunch and check into your accommodation.
• Meet your mentor or guide for a briefing on the safari experience.
• Settle in and relax.
• Optional short nature walk or nearby exploration.
• Peaceful evening and dinner.

Days 2, 3 & 4: Dawn to Dusk Safaris

• Early morning departure for full-day game drives in Bandhavgarh.
• Packed breakfast and lunch in the park.
• Return in the evening for photo reviews and discussion around the campfire or pool.
• Dinner and rest.

Day 5: Departure

• Enjoy a leisurely final breakfast.
• Check-out and depart with unforgettable memories.

Cost

• All prices above are excluding taxes. 5% GST would be applicable.
• Patron’s are guests who have travelled with us on at least three photography tours.
• Foreign Nationals are charged differently by the national parks. Please contact us for a quote.

Inclusions:

• Accommodation on twin sharing basis in comfortable cottages.
• All meals and hot beverages (coffee and tea).
• Three dawn-to-dusk jeep safaris with max four participants per vehicle.

Exclusions:

• Airfare.
• Transportation to and from the nearest airport/station.
• Camera fees, if any.
• Alcoholic beverages and additional drinks at the property.
• Personal expenses like laundry, phone calls, cigarettes, etc.
