Once your request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued after deducting applicable cancellation fees and other charges. The remaining amount will either be refunded or issued as a credit note.
