REFUNDS (If Applicable) / CREDIT NOTES

  • Please refer to the payment terms and cancellation policy listed on the specific tour page, as policies differ between tours.

  • Once your request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

  • Refunds will be issued after deducting applicable cancellation fees and other charges. The remaining amount will either be refunded or issued as a credit note.

⚠️ Please note: Due to the nature of our services, credit notes are not typically offered in the wildlife photography tour industry.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (If Applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check with your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  2. Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund appears in your account.
